Application |
1. As ice melting agent and snow melting agent. 2. The water solution of calcium chloride is an important cooling agent for refrigerator or ice-making, it can speed-up the rigidification of concrete and strengthen the cold resistant ability of construction mortar. 3. Used as refining agent of aluminum magnesium metallurgy; used as precipitator of producing lake toner. 4. Used as the material of producing calcium salt. |

Handle & Storage |
Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect against physical damage. Moist calcium chloride and concentrated solutions can corrode steel. When exposed to the atmosphere, calcium chloride will absorb water and form a solution. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (dust, solids); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product. |
